Non-Unicode

Hi Experts,
There’s a Microsoft Outlook pst file that I could open on Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 8. However, after the Windows 10 update, I suddenly can’t open it anymore. It gives the following message, Non-Unicode .pst file
I googled for this, i get many solutions for all other formats except pst file issue.
