I've just re-read my post as a sanity check, and I can't say I would change a word. To illustrate, I am now writing this post using my Vodafone mobile modem, bought for use when I'm on the road. Customer services: Guess what - "my call is really important but we are experiencing..........". At the same time I'm watching TV adverts of blue flashes blasting round rooms making things lovely. The gulf between these glossy adverts and poor, patchy, dismal service you actually get is so enormous that I'm surprised there aren't even more exposes like the one Which magazine did
