Complete Disconnection of Services! DO NOT USE BT BUSINESS BROADBAND

So today, I got to my Business and guess what? It's offline.

 

Why?

 

Because BT cancelled my Broadband! They cancelled my Business Broadband with no notice, nothing. According to them the BT Home team sent a cancellation request for the Broadband and not for the Billing section of my account, subseqently cancelling my Broadband.

 

Obviously, I rang them straight away, but for the first 3 hours, no one and I mean no one new what the hell was going on or what the hell they are doing.

 

After creating a formal complaint, contacting the Communications Ombudsman and Offcom. I might have finally gotten some where. BT re-assured me over the phone SEVERAL times that the Broadband will be back on ASAP.

 

Then I received an order placement from them, just take a look.

So an order that I plave on 22nd November 2016 isn't going to be completed until 3rd February 2017! My Business is going to suffer a great loss over this down time, and already has, we have lost just under 100 customers today alone!

 

Yet, to add salt to the injury, they sent me a bill for £498.00!!!! No way am I paying that, you lost me of £4000 today ALONE you idiots.

 

I don't think that my business is going to be able to survive this down time, I need broadband back by 5PM tomorrow to be able to live for the next couple of months.

 

BT are terrible, I have asked them to put the broadband back on today, but noooooo it takes "a couple of days". No, it doesn't. I work for you. It takes 24 hours when you ACTUALLY request it to be activated.

 

This is to make people aware that BT are freadulent, mis-managed, pathetic company that need's to be whiped off of the face of the earth.
