Hello
Really helping someone can help out on this.
We've had very irritating issues with the internet disconnecting/general low speed. It tends to happen at regular intervals in the morning often at very specific times between 10-11 am oddly. And has been happening for many months now.
Recently its been happening more often, and got to the point where its becoming impossible to operate our business because of it.
I'm not technically minded in the least. We've had an engineer out on two occasions, both times they helpfully said they couldn't say why it was happening and then left.
If I go on the event log, the following comes up when a disconnect happens:
10:32:09, 25 Jul. (395939.780000) PPPoE is up - Down Rate=25487Kbps, Up Rate=2553Kbps; SNR Margin Down=5.9dB, Up=5.6dB

Hopefully someone has some ideas. Could it be something to do with the router?
Thanks.
