We have had to buy a dongle to ensure we have some sort of online connection, we will also need to buy a scanner as we cant scan and email anything because it is connected to the line that has the broadband on it. Therefore we will be claiming all of this back, and loss of earnings and for the time its taken to get this fixed. We have reported this to the Ombudsman, we are in talks with our solicitor today and will be contacting the press tomorrow.
