I am using the same login details as I use to access my account, so for me its ovcollyer@btconnect.com and then my password.
I have tried 4-5 different hotspots recently, I always choose "BT Business Broadband" when the option is there, but it never accepts my credentials.
I always end up buying an hour of access using PayPal.
Why doesn't this work, and why when I contacted BT Business Support on 30th December to raise this have I not had a reply?
