Steps to Convert OLM to PST Manually are;
Step 1. Open Gmail in your browser and log in with your credential details.
Step 2. Click on the button from the top corner of Gmail>> Tab on the settings option to convert OLM to PST file format.
Step 3. Click the POP/IMAP button.
Step 4. Check your IMAP status, if it is disabled then enable it and Save the changes by clicking on the Save Changes button.
After completing these steps user will be eligible to create an IMAP account. After, that you need to install Outlook Mac with an IMAP account.
Step 5. Open Outlook application on your Mac system>>go to menu>>Tools>>Accounts and export OLM to PST.
Step 6. Enter credential details and tab the add account.
After this, users need to create a Gmail label to synchronize between Outlook for Mac and IMAP accounts. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 7. Open your Gmail account>> Click on the gear icon on the right side>> Tab setting.
Step 8. Select the label and create a new label, checked in the IMAP box.
Step 9. Go to your Mac Outlook and click Send/Receive.

Step 10. Open Outlook for Mac>>Right click on the file or folder you want to save to Outlook for Windows.
Step 11. Then select Move >> Copy to folder>>Enter the name of your IMAP folder and click copy.
Step 12. Click Send/Receive folder.
