Re: REIN Issue/Infinity

Hi

I just wondered if anyone had any ideas on this?

If a cabinet with Infinity equipment in it feeds a link cabinet, can customers in the link cabinet have Infinity or can we request a new line to go from the main cabinet and hopefully sort our REIN problem?

BT offered us "BT Infinity Option 4" at £200 per month so surely if they can get this to the premises they can get £40 Infinity to us?
