BT are our only option and with that they seem to think they can do what they like.
Unacceptable.
They have the marketing budget to spend primetime advertising slots and not enough to spend on the network improvemants on their outdated network that they are wanting to supply to new customers?
They also need to spend sometime and effort on internal communication.
Come on BT, sort your act out and help an exisiting business customer of 15 years.
