Fibre has recently been installed in the village where I live but I can't get it becuase I'm on an exchange only line ie not connected to a cabinet.
I'm trying to find out what the options are for having a direct connection installed as the cables pass directly in front of my house and there is also an access hatch near my driveway.
BT customer support say that I need to talk to Openreach.
Openreach don't talk to end users.
Any ideas ??
