I need to find my broadband password

Hi,

I am told that we could use BT-Wifi when we have a business broadband account,so I am trying to set this up for one of the director but I can't seem to get the password anywhere, tried calling BT but the usual passing around until I got bored.

Could one of the mod here retrieve the password for me ?

I have the broadband username, static IP address, Account number, BT account password.
