We are a small business that have moved a few hundred yards on an industrial estate. And bt have let us down on our broadband . I don't know what to say about their customer service without swearing . It is disgusting. All week we have been told outright lies . I have never in all my years in business has the misfortune to deal with such incompetence and rudeness . Because yes it is rude to lie ,fob of ,treat your customers with such disprespect . I know someone who was about to place a large , very large contract with bt and I will tell them to avoid BT like the plague. This has been one of the worst weeks ever for our business down to BT and it is still not resolved . I really don't know what else to say except BT has zero respect for customers and should be ashamed .
