And the problem rumbles on.....
BT still failing to deliver the 20 Mbps at the present test speed. Their own tests, which they apparantly do remotely, and do not provide any evidence for, apparantly say the circuit is working fine and to spec. But they only give us that in a phone call.
It has been again pointed out to them today that they are not providing the contracted service, and that some form of arbitration or independent tester is required. When asked previously what standard of independednt test would be acceptable to BT, they declined to answer and say that no-one can test the speed of a BT Net circuit other than them.
Hmmmm, bit like going into a shop and asking for a kilo of sugar. Taking it home and finding you have half a kilo. Complaining to the shop to be told that their scales are obviously right, and that they wont accept anyone like Weights and Measures testing them, and that no-one elses scales can be trusted.
Little wonder there are so many negative threads about BT in this forum.
