Re: Switching from Residential to Business has resulted in no Broadband for 2 weeks and counting

SO GUESS WHAT... the day comes around, I have been waiting a month now with no internet and today I am supposed to be getting the switch over and it has FAILED !!!! again.

 

 

OMG BT is utterley hopeless at customer care, I am being sent round and round repeating the same conversations with these people. Aparently there was a 'technical issue' with both orders and it has to be cancelled and put on again.

 

I am going to tell the media about this horrendous experience and see if I can actually get someone at BT to give a **bleep**.

 

I will also be looking into legal route as I have lost so much business due to this companies incompetance.

 

I dont know why I am bothering to write on here either because clearly noone gives a **bleep** here either.
