Since February I have had a billing query (I am being billed twice for the same service) on my business account.
I have an IMP-105822278 reference, but they claim to not be receiving any of my emails explaining the issue and the communications from the accounts people do not include any alternative way of communicating - like a telephone number.
I tried calling the billing support line, but they said that I needed to talk to the business side of the business (apparently that is on 08001693090) but after a long wait it simply said that that support number is not available!
The amount of time I have spent holding in a queue to talk to people who cannot in the end, must add up to days and I am beyond frustration.
All I want is to talk to somebody sensible - can somebody call me.
