Hi
Unfortunately not, the issue with this is that BT is broken into different companies and there are laws in place that prevent BT Retail or any ISP(the company you rent the broadband from) from having any direct line of information from BT openreach (the guys who build and maintain the network).
The issue with this is that in order to provide fibre we need a list of things to be in place,
We need to know
- That there is capacity in the exchange for fibre
- That your communication cabinet has been enabled and that there is a spare pair for fibre
- That the distance from the cabinet to the property is conducive to fibre
- That we can run the fibre cable underground at your new premises
I am sure that there are other things that need to be in place that i am not aware of.
This is why we supply ADSL broadband to start with then upgrade to Fibre once we know its possible.
That said this should have been made clear to you when the order for the move was raised, i apologise if this was not done.
