We are unable to order a fibre connection as the checker does not list it as available. However when checking nearby properties, it says available. I have checked these with the phone numbers, and all go to the same cabinet number.
heres an image of where we are in ralation to other properties (fibre N/A), and the estimated speed indication given (Best and Worst case)
As you can see, there is a property (220m) further away from us and therefore the cabinet from a map point of view , and I cant see why our lines would take much of a detour from the route any of the other ones, as its a rural area.
Previously openreach said the line was too long to get fibre, but that was before the cabinet went live.
I know the speeds shown arent great, but were stuck with 3.5mb ADSL at the moment so any increase via fibre would be great.
Is it possible to get somebody at openreach to look into it further?
